Simple 4 Router Setup in GNS3

Basic Layer 3 setup using 4 routers:

Step 1) Build the physical topology:

Step 2) Configure the IP addresses on the interfaces:

R1:

R1#config t
R1(config)#int eth 0/0
R1(config-if)#ip add
R1(config-if)#ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0
R1(config-if)#no shut

R2:

R2#config t
R2(config)#int eth 0/0
R2(config-if)#ip add
R2(config-if)#ip address 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0
R2(config-if)#no shut

R3:

R3#config t
R3(config)#int eth 0/0
R3(config-if)#ip add
R3(config-if)#ip address 192.168.1.3 255.255.255.0
R3(config-if)#no shut

R4:

R4#config t
R4(config)#int eth 0/0
R4(config-if)#ip add
R4(config-if)#ip address 192.168.1.4 255.255.255.0
R4(config-if)#no shut

Step 3) Verification:

I am pinging Routers 2, 3, and 4 from R1. You can do the same on the other routers. In this scenario this is enough:
